Terms of Service

ApplyWorthy (“the Service”) generates AI-assisted job application materials — an ATS-style match score, tailored resume bullets, and a cover letter — from a resume and job posting you provide. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The service

Your first generation is free and requires no account. Additional generations require credits, sold in one-time packs. Credits are tied to the browser you purchased them in (we use a secure cookie instead of accounts) — clearing your cookies or switching browsers will make your credits unreachable. If that happens, contact us with your payment receipt and we’ll restore them.

Payments

Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, who handles checkout, billing support, and applicable taxes. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Use the Service only for your own (or your client’s, with their consent) job applications. Don’t attempt to abuse the free tier, resell generations, reverse engineer the Service, or submit content you have no right to share. The output is designed to rephrase your real experience, never to fabricate it — you are responsible for verifying that everything you send to an employer is truthful.

AI output disclaimer

Output is generated by a large language model and may contain errors. Match scores are estimates, not a prediction of any specific employer’s screening system. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for hiring outcomes or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update the Service or these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
