Refund Policy

We’d rather refund you than have you feel ripped off. The first generation is free precisely so you can judge the quality before paying anything.

14-day refunds

If you’re unhappy with a credit pack for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full — used credits included, no interrogation. After 14 days, we’ll still refund any fully unused pack.

Lost credits

Credits live in your browser’s cookie, so clearing cookies or switching devices can orphan them. That’s not on you — send your Paddle receipt to the email below and we’ll restore your credits or refund you, your choice.

How to request

Email willisrain04@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout (or your Paddle order number). Refunds are issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, and typically land back on your card within 5–10 business days. You can also contact paddle.net directly about any charge from Paddle.
