Refund & Cancellation Policy

Browsing the directory is free, so you can see exactly what the subscription unlocks before paying anything. We’d rather refund you than have you feel ripped off.

Cancel anytime

The subscription is month to month with no commitment. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period and then stops, with no further charges. There is no cancellation fee and no retention hoops.

14-day refunds

If you’re unhappy with your subscription for any reason, email us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund that billing period in full, no interrogation. If you were charged after intending to cancel, tell us and we’ll make it right.

How to request

Email willisrain04@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout (or your Paddle order number). Refunds are issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, and typically land back on your card within 5–10 business days. You can also contact paddle.net directly about any charge from Paddle.
